Merchandise purchased online and being posted back to the DECJUBA Warehouse for a return or exchange must be posted to the below address with the attached Return & Exchange form.
Please print our Return & Exchange form via this link and package this with your returned merchandise, noting your return request clearly.
We recommend using www.parcelpoint.com.au/decjuba to book your return. Via Parcelpoint, you can choose either a ParcelPoint, Australia Post or Couriers Please service, complete your return details, download a post label and organise your return for drop off or pick up.

Please allow up to five business days from the day your return is received at the DECJUBA Warehouse for your return or exchange to be processed. Once we have processed your return or exchange, you will be notified via email.
*Please note that ParcelPoint is available only for Australian deliveries, if you are an International Customer, you will need to apply for a Return Authorisation (RA) code before sending your returns back to our online store. You can apply for an RA code via this link
