If you are missing a returns post card from your delivery and need to organise a return, please scroll to the bottom of this page to download and print a AU or NZ return and exchange form to post back to DECJUBA with your returned merchandise.
Merchandise purchased online and being posted back to the DECJUBA Warehouse for a return or exchange must be posted to the below address with your returns post card or the attached returns form included inside your package.
Please allow up to five business days from the day your return is received at the DECJUBA Warehouse for your return or exchange to be processed. Once we have processed your return or exchange, you will be notified via email.
We recommend using www.parcelpoint.com.au/decjuba to book your return. Via Parcelpoint, you can choose either a ParcelPoint, Australia Post or Couriers Please service, complete your return details, download a post label and organise your return for drop off or pick up.
Should ParcelPoint not be a suitable return method, you are welcome to post your returns back via Australia Post to the below address:
