It’s easy to return something using ParcelPoint, click here to begin the process:

• Choose your nearest location;
• Complete your Decjuba order details, including your order number, return reason and return request (refund or exchange);
• Choose your ParcelPoint postage option and complete payment for return;
• Print your ParcelPoint label and adhere firmly to your package;
• Drop off at your ParcelPoint store - it's that easy!
