We understand that getting your order delivered straight to your door is a priority.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of them being placed. During busy sale periods, public holidays & weekends there may be a delay in dispatching your order due to an increase in order volumes.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment email containing your consignment number so you can track its delivery. Alternatively, you can find your consignment number by logging into your account & checking your order history. If you would like a delivery update, we recommend tracking your order online with your consignment number. We recommend providing a suitable daytime delivery address to ensure someone is available to sign for your order. If no one is available to sign for your order, a calling card or email will be provided & your order will be taken to the closest post office for collection.
