Once your order has been dispatched, you will be able to track your parcel online with Australia Post (for all Australian deliveries) or PBT Couriers (for all New Zealand deliveries)
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking ID which you can use to track your delivery online on the relevant Australia Post website or PBT Courier Website.
Alternatively, you can check your order status by logging into your online account. Once your order has shipped you will also find your tracking ID saved against your order in your online account which you can use to track your delivery online on the Australia Post website or PBT Courier website.
International shipments can initially be tracked via www.auspost.com.au. Once the order reaches the destination country it can be tracked via your local shipment providers website. If you are unsure who your local shipment provider will be please email us at email@example.com with your order number and we can help provide this information.
