To request to change your delivery address please contact email@example.com or phone +61 3 9411 0214 as soon as possible and we will do our best to change this for you.
If your order has already been dispatched, DECJUBA cannot change your delivery address, and you will need to update through Australia Post by creating a 'My Post' account immediately.
A My Post account can be created via the following link https://auspost.com.au/mypost or by contacting Australia Post on 13 76 78 with your tracking ID.
Please note, not all changes can be made depending on what transit status your parcel is in & is valid for Australian deliveries only.
